Update to version 0.1.1

- Added more levels, game now has 13 levels.

- Updated in-game UI a bit.

- Added a continue screen and endless continue support. Pressing space bar in continue screen (before timer runs out) resets the score but allows you to continue playing later levels.

- Added persistent high score.
