Minor update to version 0.2

- Added support for chording with left + right mouse click, you can start and release mouse buttons in any order. Shift + left click still works too.

- Added left click held tile animation. 

- Releasing left click over a tile other than the click start tile won't register as a click to prevent accidental mine clicks.
